Mr. Jagdishkumar Madanlal Gupta - Executive Chairman

The man who started his journey in 1980, with contract amounting to Rs.15,000 and earned Rs. 2,250 of it, today heads an organization and is the First generation entrepreneur who leads the Company in undertaking projects of varied complexities and scale with 50+ years of experience in Infrastructure sector and his vision, passion, zeal and indefatigable energy has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth path.
He plays a vital role in execution of projects within the stipulated time frame and has successfully completed various projects such as Flyovers, Skywalks, Swimming Pool and rail over bridges and leading the Board and focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the Company's business which has created an unparalleled foundation for all of us to build upon.

Mr. Kamal Jagdish Gupta - Managing Director

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and has been associated with J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited, since 1997 and carries with him an experience of 27+ years in construction field.
Presently he is looking after the civil construction works, metro railways, and flyovers amongst others and is Instrumental in Company’s foray into Metro segment, spearheaded in design and construction of U/G Metro line 3 including 7 U/G stations and has played key role in developing Urban Flyovers vertical & construction of various national highways & civil construction projects.

Dr. Nalin Jagdishkumar Gupta - Managing Director

Commerce Graduate & Member of Indian Institution of Bridge Engineer.
Joined JKIL in 1995 having 28+ years experience.
Lead new initiatives by venturing into Metro Elevated and U/G Projects.
Successfully Completed various projects like Metro, River Bridges, Flyovers, Cable- stayed Skywalks, Segmental Bridges, ROBs

Mr. Raghav Chandra - Non Executive Independent Director

Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA; MSc in Mathematics
1982 batch IAS officer, former Chairman of NHAI, held key positions with Central and State Governments
Awarded “Man of the Year” by Construction World Magazine in 2016
Represented India at the 2010 “City of London Conference on Infrastructure Financing”

Mr. Sidharath Kapur - Non-Executive - Independent Director

Master’s in public administration from Chartered Accountant (rank holder), CS and GAMP from ISB.
He is currently on the Board of Noida International Airport, Advisor-AIF SBI MF, Jindal Worldwide Limited.
Track record of over two decades in strategic leadership and leading complex businesses.
Successfully led complex infrastructure businesses including Airports, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Pipelines, etc.

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Choubey - Non-Executive - Independent Director

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Choubey is associated with Indian Revenue Services (IRS) from 1990 to 2023 and is Retired as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Central) - 2, Mumbai.
Mr. Ramesh Kumar Choubey has completed 33 years of Government Service with a stellar, unblemished record covering procedural and practical aspects of assessment, vigilance, investigation, training, appeal and administration in the department.
